NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a projector lamp bulb. 2 weeks leter no lamp. Contacted the seller & the guy was polite but said the lamp wasnt in stock and tried to upsell me to a higher priced bulb. I declined and asked for a refund. The order was cancelled (at least he sent an email) but the refund never arrived.

I had to go through the lengthy process of claiming back via paypal which took 2 months.

Terrible company.

The lamp i purchased made an annoying beeping sound constantly which ruined my home cinema experience. Took ages to get a reply to my emails and eventually I returned the lamp but then they didn't do anything till I chased them loads of times. They refused to give a refund and instead sent back a replacement which arrived in the same box I had sent back to them and it still beeped, it was the same lamp!

Poor quality products and shockingly bad customer service, avoid at all costs.

Terrible service, persuaded me to but a 'non-chinese' bulb claiming it was better quality, I paid a total £100 for a projector bulb and when it arrived it was yellowing, I emailed and called to complain but was fobbed off.

DO NOT USE THEY ARE A SHAM

I paid for a projector lamp that was supposedly in stock and paid for it to be delivered the next day. It wasn't delivered and I received no phone call. I phoned up to speak to somebody who clearly doesn't care who told me that it isn't in stock and that they will try to get it, maybe by next week. He told me he couldn't cancel my order and I needed to send an email where they would look into it. I have sent an email but am not hopeful. I expect to have to put a complaint in through my credit card company. Unfortunately, I hadn't found these reviews before ordering. Please stay clear.  

Ugh, this company does not even deserve 1 star. my order was only part delivered, missing one lamp. the two lamps that were supplied did not match and one exploded in the first few minutes of use. very poor contact with company, one rubbish email with no follow up, phone numbers diverted to a mobile and never answered.

Do yourself a favour, ignore the cheap prices and buy from a proper firm.

Trading as Kinetik but really Fuse2. Working in customer service myself I have quite frankly have never come across such appalling customer service. After purchasing a lamp for my projector and having the deliver date confirmed it did not arrive. I telephone the company and was told that I would receive a call back to confirm that the issue was. After waiting two days I had to call again. Was then told another date because of supplier issues. Date came and went no lamp and even worse no communication from the company. Rang again and told would call back with explanation. Waited day and half no call. Had to call again. Given another date. Did not arrive.Asked for a refund and told it had been done. After a month still had not arrived. Had to contact the company again.Said that thy would email a copy of the confirmation of the refund.Did not receive it so called again. Was told it would be sent again. Guess what? I am still waiting. Will now contact the credit card company.Read the reviews for yourself. Avoid at all costs and remember Kinetik and really Fuse 2 are one in the same.

Too late for me. I bought a projector lamp from this crowd but have been unable to get in contact with them regarding my order which I haven't received.

Bought a projector lamp from them several years ago, all fine.

In Aug 2017 bought another one, which took over 3 weeks to arrive and was an obviously used lamp, with scratched casing and loose in the box with no proper packing, which when fitted immediately put the projector into error.

After several attempts got hold of them. They offered another lamp for an additional £40, which I turned down and we agreed they would refund the purchase price if I returned the lamp at my cost.

I returned the lamp (which on the phone they said they had received), but still no refund months later after calls, emails etc.

Don't buy anything from these people, they sell garbage and don't honour their word re refunds when you return it.

Six months ago I purchased a digital projector bulb for a Dell 1100 MP from this business. It was delivered quickly, to be fair. However, having already paid at the time I was sent an invoice for the item from a company called Fuse2 requiring a call to sort out. It makes sense now as kineticlamps was actually struck off Companies House in 2015. For that matter, Fuse2 received a notice to be struck off this year, but managed to save itself.

I relate this only to warn that the business might not be a reliable firm to depend on.

The lamp itself was prone to flickering and at less than 25% life began sparking and spitting, leading the projector to shut down on high-temperature. An inspection showed the glass in front of the bulb was smoked opaque, the insulators on the bulb were cracked and had smoke streaks. Inspecting the original bulb, which was at about 50% showed none of this type of damage and was placed back into service.

Immediately contacted Kinetic Lamps, sending photos, and describing what had happened. Response to this was that it was out of warranty although no more than by a few days. The unit was clearly faulty. Business doesn't seem to know about consumer rights on the suitability of products to purpose.

Projector bulbs are expensive items so don't take a chance buying from this company. Best bet is probably to buy off of eBay where there is at least some protection.
