I believe this company may have had a change of management in the past few months. I waited 3 and a half months for a bed that was advertised with a delivery time of three to 4 weeks. I cancelled my order on 14th December and a manager assured me I would recieve my refund in 14 days. As of 6th February I still haven't recieved a refund. So basically handed over hundreds of pounds for a bed I never recieved. He sounds really plausible on the phone but it eventually dawns he just tells untrue stories I also believe the " evidence" he sent me that he had applied for my refund was fake. On the just 4 ft bed website they get good rating from feefo, I noted most of these reviews were from over 6 months ago, some from years ago. I've approached my bank to try and get a charge back but I may well be over the 120 day period since purchase to do this. I will be approaching unison to ask for legal assistance, I will report them to trading standards. Please don't make the same mistake as me, look up reviews on other sites and you will see there are many people who have had the same experience as me, I'm sure there will be many people who just gave up as everyone's so busy these days.
