Didn't Deliver. Refused My Refund Until 3 Days Later
Horrific!!!
If I could give minus stars I would.
Item was not delivered because THEY sent it to the wrong depot. They didn't bother to call and explain and when I decided to cancel the order said they couldn't begin to process the refund until friday (3 days later) because their finance team only worked then.
They would not but me through to a line manager, saying that this was 'policy', I had to wait 24/48 hours for a call back - as a key worker this was impossible and when I became very upset they simply hung up the phone.
They don't care about their customers

Ordered a double mattress for our spare room. Arrived next day. Mattress cost c£300. We put it in the spare room. I soon spent a night on it when my wife was up feeding our baby all night one night (bad night, other parents will understand!). Anyway, the mattress is more comfortable than our £650 John Lewis one (which is also very comfy!). It's now in our main bedroom.

Truly excellent service they could not have been more helpful with my constant questions and the bed arrived the next morning and it was the cheapest I could find. I am going to buy a chainsaw from them as well now.
Poorly Made,had To Send 2 Back And Get Refund
Ordered this Frank bosworth expresso ottoman bed from ilikebeds(dot)com thinking that frank bosworth was a good company after having a look at there website, all i can say is websites are very deceiving!
The first bed we received the end holes for the legs were screwed in at an angle so the screws wouldnt go in, the hole areas were all split with big parts of damaged fake leather on. You could see where the drill holes were meant to be as they had pieces of paper stuck on them.
this bed went back, then we received the next one which the supplier promised frank bosworth had checked before they sent it out.
This was no better, when we put it together the foot end and the headend had massively different gaps, so the bed wasnt level, the headboard had a five inch hole in the bottom.
If you do order this bed and would like to speak to frank bosworth direct, good luck, for the first week or so they refused to speak to us the customer and would only do it through ilikebeds. They threatened the company they would lose there contract if they gave us there contact number so we could speak directly.
Eventually they spoke to us and we had to fight for a refund, we had no apology from Frank bosworth on the phone and were greeted with a customer service manager who didnt listen, just kept raising her voice to us.
The delivery company said they constantly pick these beds up to be returned. Please save yourself alot of hassle and buy a different bed.
All of the above is lies, you sent us two beds, both of which were faulty and weren't tested. Il try find a place to post the photos of the poor quality beds we reciieved. We wanted our money back after the first bed but you refused, we never tried to get a free mattress from you or threated a bad review. . We have a perfectly good mattress.

We are sorry that you had issues building the product but promptly sent you 2 replacement beds, both of which were test assembled first to check they were ok. You review leaves out your attempts to gain a free mattress from us as the retailer in return for good feedback. We are a honest company who pride ourselves on good customer services and on attempting to resolve any issues that any customers have promptly. You were sent 3 beds in row, all of which were returned and found to be ok. Both ourselves and Frank Bosworth (the manufacturer) tried everything we could to make you have a happy experience but we were unable to give you the free bed and mattress that you were after. We pride ourselves that our amazon reviews state we have given 100% customer satisfaction in the last 3 months to our customers.
