I was about to place an order and so checked out the reviews. Previous comments from last year appeared to be positive but since 2014 the comments have been awful. Can anyone give me an update on whats going on with this company?

Can only speak from my own experience. Furniture was very attractive, but the quality is extremely poor. One piece broke after one use and I only got a refund after taking the company to the County Court. As for reviews - there were a whole load of positive reviews posted on Trustpilot around the same time. These were removed when it was shown that all the reviews came from the same small area in the the UK where Homesdirect365 have their office. The company attempted to have my own review removed, but it was reinstated after I sent reviewcentre copies of my receipts and the County Court ruling.

Not ordered recently but they did sort out problems I had with my order-part of which was missing. You can ring them and speak to real people which might set your mind at rest. Alternatively, Dunelm do some of the same range. Hope this helps.

How long as the company been running? And how long will it take for me to have a refund if I have paid on the internet with a visa card?

No idea how long the company has been running. Can only tell you about my own experience. Ordered goods over the telephone. Needed a refund (or replacement) for one faulty item. Had to take the company to the Small Claims Court before the refund was forthcoming. Posted my experience on this website. Homesdirect tried to get it removed. Good luck!!
