Ordered some sofas with hf4you as their website claimed next day delivery. Called to confirm a time, they said the sofas wernt in stock so it would be 7 days before delivery could be arranged. I waited 8 days, called them, and they said it would be another 3 days. Waited their call...nothing. Called them on the 11th day and they confirm delivery for the next day so i took the day off work. Waited in all day, nothing. Called the next day, they said that the courier had damaged them. They told me they had to arrange a new delivery slot, this has so far taken them 4 days. So its now 17 days since i ordered their next day delivery sofas and there is still no sign of them.

Same thing happened to me, only ordered with them coz it was the quickest 2 day delivery.
I then received a call 2 days later to say it wasn't in stock and would be delivered 2-3 later.
2-3 weeks later still no call email or bed I then called them to find out where my bed was as the money had been taken weeks before from my account.
2 ignored emails later I rang and was told another 2-3 weeks. .........6 weeks later I sent them a stern email asking where and when and if I was receiving my order and got a very short email back to say it will arrive tomorrow...... had I not emailed them I don't think I would have received my order.
Dreading opening the bed as I anticipate either damaged poor quality or missing parts reading others reviews
