As soon as you pay your money Harvey’s are not interested in communicating with you as a customer, no service, no questions answered, late arrival of our sofa and no apology, we hired a van to collect a sofa we were told to collect and it wasn’t even in the country. Please don’t use Harvey’s 15 weeks wait for a sofa would be acceptable if this was the time frame you were firstly quoted.
