Got Money Back
Placed order in November then 2 weeks later the company disappeared. We payed with a maestro card the sum of over £900. If you wait over a month and the product doesn't arrive contact your banks fraud department and just explain to them that the company has disappeared and you have no way of contacting them now.i wouldn't mention that they have went into administration if that's the case.
Thankfully got the full amount back.

Rubbish Company
Took my money in August, to date still no goods, I have had excuse after excuse. I think I can kiss goodbye to my money and order.
Fraudsters
Placed an order for a bed in November. Luckily got a order confirmation. I'd love to meet the "nice" woman on the phone. Never got delivery and company didn't respond to calls or emails. I have just got my charge back through from the bank. Lesson learned. Review everyone before buying. I hope they go to jail for ripping of so many people!

They took £900 on 3rd December and I got an email confirming the order. Now no reply to email or answer when calling company. Website also down as noticed by others. I have started a chargeback dispute with my credit card provider and am confident I will get the money back but it is a real pain.
Seems they have disappeared entirely. I don't know whether to trust people here saying their furniture has since been delivered. Sounds very strange.
Mastercard have a 30 day rule, whereby you cannot claim back money for goods not delivered for 30 days after the initial purchase. I will therefore start the claim properly on 3rd January.
ordered a table and chairs on 11th november £530.00 paid by my debit card, confirmation of order but no delivery date specified. tried to contact them after 4 weeks, nothing !!!! also my bank say as no delivery date they will not pay me back my money !!! wish i could trace these conmen and deal with them. I am gutted and no one seems to care. Bought this or so i thought with some money my late mum left me
Fraudster, Stay Away
I ordered a bed after speaking to a nice lady over the phone. They took my £250.00 promptly and sent me an email four days later enabling me to track my order, but the link didn't work!!! I've been trying to contact them since and I just get an engaged tone. I have reported it to my bank and will report it to the police. The email address I have is [email protected]
Snap, although we did eventually receive the 2 beds in which we ordered (took over a month but they took the money the day in which i placed the order). problem is that one bed was broken upon delivery and we took photos and sent an email straight away. As yet nothing, no reply to my constant emails or telephone calls.

Ordered two items, had email to say delayed. Then heard nothing so tried emailing with no response every time. Now cannot get on the website. Took my money (over £200) straight away and cannot get it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

yes I also ordered an item on 15th November took my money and no item came,however when I randgsomeone did answer and said it would be delivered last week....still no item. This is the email I got to confirm my order d,hope it helps but I shouldn't hold out much hope. I will ring trading standards today. [email protected]

I knew who made my furniture, so contacted them direct, I have also started a dispute with my card company and I will see, very strange though as Furnish their pockets were a pro-forma client and paid for my furniture on collection this week!!!! so strange!
I was told this by trading standards. I also had to phone companies house they list every company out there. But furnish your home was never registered with them. How did you get hold of the manufacturer. Ive been told to go straight to the bank and sort out money issues
