My daughter ordered a table in January and was told this would take up 2 6 weeks as they had to order this in shipment , they then said it didn't arrive in thus shipment and she would have to wait 6 weeks for another 1 !!! Since then she's had no correspondence and has tried numerous times to contact them without success . They have basically taken her for £300 plz stay away from this company .......

Excellent finishing and good customer service. Ordered the Florentine dining table and was very pleased. The silver leaf and wood carving looks great. I have received many compliments for my dining table :) Initial issues with delivery dates were fixed and we eventually received our table delivered by some lovely delivery men. Will order again.

Fab furniture, purchased complete bedroom set, chandelier and a sideboard. Beautiful range, I placed the order without seeing the furniture so was a little apprehensive but absolutely delighted with my Furniture. I will be ordering from French Interiors again to complete my refurb project.

We ordered bespoke furniture at no extra cost. We expected to wait as our pieces were all custom made. The furniture was delivered by very helpful, courteous delivery men who placed our pieces in a room of our choice. We will be ordering additional pieces from French Interiors soon.

I waited 4 months for my products to be “carefully” made which I didn’t mind at the time as the pictures on their website www.frenchinteriors.org.uk looked impressive. Then the products turned up and the disaster began…. the delivery men with a van full of stuff didn’t even know which products belonged to us and had to unpack everything to find our 6 chairs, table and bed which was fairly easy for them to do as everything was barely packaged in resulting in every single piece of furniture being damaged. So, I sent everything back and gave the company one last chance to rectify the situation by replacing the products in perfect condition and packaged properly . Most consumers wouldn’t have given them that chance but I desperately needed the table and chairs for our Christmas dinner. Anyway, 3 weeks later everything arrives wrapped up to an inch of its life and dumped on our door step, only to find that nothing has been amended and on closer inspection once you look beyond the cracks and chunks of wood missing, you then notice the quality of the furniture from drips of paint, the lacquer sprayed on in some areas and not in others. Legs had been waxed while others hadn’t, masking type stuck to the wood work which wouldn’t come off to chips, cracks, unfinished areas. The list could go on and on and on. I emailed them and asked for a full refund and collection her response was that I had accepted the items and couldn’t receive a refund. It truly beggars belief that having been given the benefit of the doubt that someone in their organisation has allowed the product to be re-delivered in the state it’s in and then you receive this appalling service. Please stay away from these disrespect, time wasting cow boys as they don’t deserve future business from anyone. Disgusting
