Not Recommended!

I ordered the Padua TV unit. 2 to 3 weeks delivery stated. I recieved it 3 months later. I recieved a 10 percent discount for the delay, however, the product also arrived damaged. I have recieved no response from my email about the damage. Beautiful product, it is such a shame about the damage, very unrealistic delivery time, and the customer service was poor at times. Stay away from these guys!

I made an order on the website in September, I am still waiting for the delivery. Every time I try to contact the customer service, they are unable to provide any details about my order.

It's Not White!!!!

Warning to anyone who assumes that the website description is accurate. This item is more cream than white (as suggested on the website). I had to paint it : (

Assembly Nightmare

This product comes with a large box of screws etc and the instructions are very basic. Had I know it would be so complicated and take so long to assemble, I would never have bought it. It has also recently started falling apart with minimal use :/

Fale Information Given Constantly

I oredred a pair of, what looked like, beautiful chairs at a very reasonable price.

I was told they were in stock and ready for delivery and even got a delivery tracking reference number from TNT. After 5 days the consignment read 'cancelled'. Nobody from the company got in touch with me and I had to phone to find out what was happening. They told me there was a fault with their system and it gave me false information.

They agreed to rush the order through and get it to me within 2 weeks of that date. 2 weeks passed and the items hadn't arrived. After calling them again (4th time) they confirmed that my order was placed too late to go on a shipment from Germany and it would actually be 12 weeks before I would receive the item.

I ended up cancelling the order.

Really bad customer service, alweays give false information. I wouldn't recommend to use them at all.

Well informed of progress of order. Item was ready for delivery earlier than expected. Delivered when advised within time slot given. Pleased with dresser which was easy to assemble and good quality.

Everytime A Contacted Customer Services They Were

everytime a contacted customer services they were very helpfull and i always knew when the delivery day was going to be and it arrived even earlier! the item was delivered without delay at the time i was expecting "even with all the outside cover in thick snow" well done fashion for home!

Recently Bought A Dining Table,it Arrived Broken A

Recently bought a dining table,it arrived broken and after having to fill out a claim form and send pictures there was no communication from them via the emails that they always ask you to use hence you are always calling them.We decided we wanted a refund as the quality and service are appalling.After nearly 4 weeks the table has just been collected,and we are now informed their refund policy could take up to 3 weeks,however i seem to remember it taking about 10 minutes to take the payment.Needles to say we are trying to sort this out with the claims manager on monday,i dont expect we will be any happier

I wouldn't deal with fashion for home due in main to terrible customer service,on the generous side maybe we were unlucky with the build quality of our table.

Still Waiting...

I ordered a couple of bedside tables on 31st December 2012. It is now 5th March 2013 and I am still waiting. Apparently they are 'In Transit', whatever that means. It all sounds very suspect to me. I get the odd generic email with the same delivery status and when I contacted the customer service team, all they could tell me was the same thing; "In Transit'!

Oh, but they managed to take payment immediately!!
