How Do They Sleep At Night
Disgusting attitude when I asked for a replacement because the unit my mother bought arrived chipped. My mother is 95 years old and Dooley's furniture basically told her sold as seen, no refunds! She’s a nervous wreak because of this now and cannot stop crying. I’m currently speaking to trading standards for advice.

Poor Quality And Service!
I purchased two items before Christmas and agreed to have the items delivered after Christmas in the new year. Unfortunately after having paid for my items 'no-one' rang me in the new year to arrange delivery as agreed when purchasing the items, I had to ring them. After ringing them they agreed to ring me back to tell me what date/time the delivery would be but they AGAIN did not contact me I again had to chase them up only to be told they only deliver to London every 3 weeks!
On arrival of my items I found them to be 'MARKED' and extremely 'DIRTY!'.
After calling them John I spoke to assured me the items would have been checked before delivery.
So this proves that they sold out items in dirty and marked conditions and believe that is acceptable for full paying customers, these were not reduced/sale/damaged items I had purchased!
Would avoid any future purchases from this company and advise anybody else to do the same!!!

White Furniture? Really A Good Experience!
I was tensed about my books and I decided to buy a bookcase. I have been searching on Google for a bookcase and found Dooleysfurniture.com. I made an order and got my white bookcase on time. I am very pleased at their customer service and communication system. Moreover, there product quality is quite good. The white bookcase looks fantastic with my white furniture in my bedroom. I can recommend them to anyone else. I found that they have a lot of different types of white furniture collections which will make your room like a piece of heaven! Anyway, it’s really a great pleasure to deal with Dooley’s Furniture and will be back in future times.

It's Dooley's Furniture has done it again! I have shopped online with you since January 2012 and have never had any bad service, poor goods in fact the very opposite! I have just had some furniture delivered and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Terrible After Care And Damaged Goods
Bought a cabinet which when unpacked had a mark on the front. This was made worse by the fact they must've seen it and tried to cover up with. Dark oil/ wax which only made it more obvious. Emailed their info, sales and service email addresses yet 30 days later still had no response. They then sent a 'please review your experience email' just to rub salt in the wound. So, I phoned, was challenged as to why it had taken so long to make contact at which point I highlighted my various emails.
They made a derisory offer which I said no to and we were left at a bit of an impasse. £20 off a £400 purchas which is damaged. Jokers!I called again, was again challenged about why I had left things so long. I went back through my experience. He said 'the notes here state we emailed you an offer and you emailed to decline'. That was untrue - it was a phone conversation so whoever I spoke with previously had lied on the notes they added to their system. He then said email us again. I said no as every email I ever sent never seemed to arrive or if it did they didn't bother to respond. He just repeated please email us. Completely lacking in emotional intelligence, unable to resolve a customer complaint so I am left with a scratched cabinet and am out of pocket by £400. Never again and I would not recommend anyone else chances their luck.

Perfect Customer Service!
I bought a multi coloured, multi arm floor lamp from dooleys because it was £20 cheaper than anywhere else. When it arrived one of the arms was broken at the base. I phoned Dooleys and they told me to wrap it up again. Two days later they had collected the package and delivered a new, perfect lamp. They called me with delivery details,so I only had to make one call and the problem was sorted. Other issues like this from other suppliers can take an age to sort out but dooleys were certsainly different! I highly recommend them.
