Service & Delivery: I ordered late on a Sunday evening, received an email the following day and received the package on Tuesday. Excellent delivery service.
Product: well packed and assembled easily. I had intended to use it in portrait mode but it is not particularly stable and will have to use it in landscape. The remote control seems very flimsy and does not always initially respond to a press and, as there is no visual indication that the request has been received by the receiver, one tends to re-press.
Performance: Once loaded my pictures look great!!
