After a bit of an unhappy start with the Courier delivery we then received our blind but unforunately we had a small problem. We rang the Company & they discussed everything with us. They were at all times exceptionally helpful & polite. After discussing things with us they have agreed to replace our blind with a new one with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. It is very rare to get such customer exceptional Customer Service..well done to you all & thank you for such a great service!!
