Oh My Goodness.....What a complete nightmare!!! Having Ordered a Cream Chandelier I had to wait over a month to receive my item.....with no explanation as to why it was late. After sending numerous e-mails, with a final one stating that I wanted to cancel my order I received it. However, upon opening the Chandelier looked nothing like the picture on their webiste, it was more gold than cream with a brushed effect.....the crstals were plastic and looked so cheap....I was devastated!!! Having previously called there number chasing the delivery, I instantly called them to make plans to send the the item back. Although there website states they are open 24hrs/7days a week I have not managed to have a phone call conversation with anyone there. Neither have I had an answer to any of my mails sent (7 in total so far) requesting a refund and an address to send my item back to. Finally I asked my friend to make an enquiry from her e-mail address, and although it took them 2 days to reply they eventually did. Which just proves that they are completel ignoring my requests for a full refund!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT ISN'T TRUSTWORTHY OR RELIABLE.
