Extremely poor service from start to finish. I placed the order on the 7th and on 23rd there was still no sign of my delivery. I had to pay my carpet fitter twice to be there in order to fit the door bars and at the end all of that effort was in vain. They didn't even bother to properly chase the courier service to find out what's happening with my order and I had to do all the leg work. Throughout this ordeal I had to take two days of work and paying an additional £80 to my carpet fitter for an order which was £160. I did end up sourcing the door bars from elsewhere to avoid any further disappointment. Avoid by all means or you'll be disappointed too.

The guys at Carpetrunners.co.uk are really helpful and friendly. I recently bought some Blacksmith stair rods from them on behalf of a client, which I measured up and ordered for her, so was dismayed to find they seemed to be too short when they arrived a few days later. I rang up Carpetrunners.co.uk to see what they could do, as I knew they had been made to order. However, it was only talking to Carpetrunners.co.uk that made me realise that the problem was with the stair runner, which had been made over-sized by my local carpet shop. Once I got that trimmed and fitted, the rods were perfect and the staircase looks stunning – my client is delighted!
