Appalling quality: appalling customer service

It would be quicker and less stressful to simply throw your money in the sea. Since our awful experience at the hands of Bedworld, we have learned there are 100's of 1-star reviews on numerous review sites, all describing the same symptons - Shoddy workmanship, flimsy materials, terrible service on the phone, contacts claiming they are head supervisor able to give refunds despite terms and conditions only to be denied later in hostile emails or, if you can wait an hour or so - on the phone. In our case, we know we have purchased from them 3 times over an 11 year period but can only identify the current collapsed bed order. So they called us liars. Have you ever heard anything so arrogant and irresponsible? We read a post on Money Saving Expert from 2007 that claimed bedworld wrote fake positive reviews. I must say, it is very, very hard to find them among the hundreds of 1-star reviews condemning every aspect of the company and their workings.
