Ordered a bed, still waiting for agreed delivery 2-6 days, now on the 7th day, no communication from bedworld, had to call to enquire the whereabouts of my order, given numerous excuses, different misleading messages from staff, rude staff, the worst customer service I have experienced, no remorse for their actions at all.
Told my payment is pending, how can that be when my payment was confirmed on day of purchase and they send me a confirmation email, my bank statement clearly shows the transaction went through, using this as a delaying tactic for not adhering to their agreed delivery dates. Need to take ownership of their poor service.
Should not be having companies like them in this day and age.
Awful, Awful, Awful.
Warning: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THEM!!!
