I placed my order for 2 beds and paid, delivery was arranged for 12 days later. 24 hours before the delivery day I was advised that the products were out of stock, for at least a further 4 weeks. A refund will take at least 5 days. According to the customer service lady I signed the T&Cs before I ordered. Did I really expect to sign up to such appalling service? AVOID. AVOID.
