Great Customer Service

Ordered 3 lots of fitted bedroom furniture over the course of 3 months. The initial design and planning was really excellent as was the follow up with the surveyor. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture also.
However, there were a couple of things that prevented me from giving 5 stars.
1) Fitting of the furniture - There were some teething problems during the fit, where electrical sockets were covered and no access provided and also the fitting of a worksurface was not as indicated on the drawing. This was quickly resolved by the Customer Service Manager who provided excellent aftercare to ensure all the teething problems were resolved to my complete satisfaction. This made all the difference to my overall experience with Avanti as the end product was just the job.
2) Rubbish removal-the wardrobe fitters left all the rubbish including some heavy off cuts of wood upstairs. I have a bad shoulder and moving everything downstairs took a lot of time and effort and I even had to call on my son to come and help get them put outside. It would have been useful if the fitters could have at least swept up the dust and moved the rubbish and off-cuts to outside. Alternatively, if there was a service offered by Avanti to remove the rubbish, it would have been something I would have considered (even with the additional cost)
