Before I decided to order a photo frame as a fathers day present from Almond Online website I tried to google any reviews but I couldnt find any however I still went ahead and placed an order. So here's my story. I placed an order and started waiting for the delivery, which after 3 working days(and weekend in between) had not been delivered. I expected next day delivery so I called them and they assured me that the delivery company will deliver next day as they couldnt find my address on sat nav. (I live in a new estate but having deliveries by other couriers no problem). So I waited and waited and called again few days later asking about "NEXT DAY" delivery. Once again I was assured that it will be delivered next day. NOTHING for next few days so I called AGAIN and said if its not delivered today I want a refund. Lady promised to call back but never did. So next day after that I demanded a refund which they promised to make ASAP. On this very day 7PM my photo frame arrived! So I opened the packet and guess what? It was totally different from the one displayed on their website. And it was broken to pieces. I emailed, expressed my dissapointment and told them all above and got this short answer: "I'm really sorry to hear that. Just bin it and we'll refund your money today."

Not happy with their customer service skills, chosen delivery company and the fact that they are not displaying the right pictures on their online store. The refund has not arrived to my bank account yet but I suppose it may take few days (lady on the phone said she doesnt know how long it takes and thought that it "could be" instant) So much about my experience then. Now waiting for the refund and will never shop with them again.
