I had a problem with 1 item out of a 4 item order, a cable lock that didn't work. Picked up the phone to let White Rose tools know. New item sent the same day. When things go wrong (always a possibility) , it is important how the seller deals with it. WRT did a great job!

White Rose Tools: It's hard to over emphasise how easy, satisfying this seller is to deal with. Their communications are perhaps second to none - notwithstanding an 11 hour time difference in my case. (At times it seemed I'd barely finished typing and the reply was in!)

The item that I purchased was priced the lowest I could find on the web. It was a branded name and was dispatched in original packaging. Delivery was 5 Days but that included a weekend. An easy purchase from a nice company to buy from. I will use them for future transactions.

Less than 24 hours ago, I ordered 8 pink hi vis vests for our team to wear during an upcoming Race for Life Event.

As well as the price being the cheapest we could find in cyberspace, the communications and service provided by this company was stellar.

The vests arrived today - despite the fact that we paid for Standard Delivery

Can not rate them highly enough; would definately recommend to a friend and use them in the future.

Increasingly I have found online vendors to send parcels in separate batches which go missing or only offer decent delivery charges if you buy in bulk. Not White Rose. Their rates are extremely competitive and the service is second to none.

I ordered a new Silverline 300mm Garden Hand Trowel, for an extremely reasonable price. Unfortunately, after several weeks of waiting, it still had not arrived. However, I got into contact with the seller and received swift, courteous and understanding responses. They assured me the trowel had been sent on time, and must have been lost in transit. Once the situation was explained I was offered a full refund or a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost to myself. I chose to receive the replacement and it arrived today, well within the specified time frame, and it was worth the wait. I choose this trowel because it looked very sturdy, unlikely to bend or come loose from the handle, and able to withstand the elements, and this appears to be all the more true seeing and testing it in reality. I am exceedingly pleased with the item I purchased. and even with the delay issue, the customer service and communication I received was such high quality that I have no trouble recommending this site to friends

I ordered a ½ inch router bit, but when I received the shipment the envelope was empty. Someone stole the router bit when the shipment were on the way from UK to Denmark. I posted a claim to customer service and I got a reply within an hour, offering me a replacement router FOC. I also posted some pictures of the emty envelope to help White Rose Tools to get a refund from the UK Mail, and I really hope they will get the refund.

I have been dealing with White Rose Tool for some time now and I have found that the two lads that run the company to be Very helpful, if they do not have items in stock they always offer you an alternative.

I have found that the prices are very keen and they sell quality products. I was always told to buy the best quality tools that you can afford, i have always tried to follow his advice, what a shame that i did not tell me how much a bloody divorce would cost.

One other nice thing is there web site, i find it easy to follow.

In summary Its run by two nice lads with keen prices and quality products and fast delivery.

Ive been looking to restock my tool kit now that I build custom watercooled PCs. After searching the web and fleabay for some decent tools at a decent price I stumbled across white rose. The service was fantastic, I ordered Via the site and paid via paypal then popped down and collected, whilst there I realised I need something else so the guys not only let me use their PC to place the order and pay via paypal, they even gave me a discount code :).
