Issues with delivery timescales hence 3 star rating only. Telephoned 4 weeks before needed to check products available and delivery timescales -assured always able to deliver as advertised so need need to order now. Called back to order 2 weeks before needed on dec 2nd to be given earliest delivery 14th dec onward. No apology or recognition of impact on works scheduled just well they were at the time. Had huge impact on us personally resulting in not being able to move back in our home before Christmas and cancellation of plasterer carpenter plumber and carpets so very fed up. When finally received radiators were excellent and very pleased but would be wary if using again as doing a big building project and need more reliable supplier to not impact on works scheduled.

Did not deliver all items and as I did not check within timescale I cannot make a claim. My fault entirely and hence do check the order!

Simple and good looking. It came in time and was well packed The polished stainless steel is a little scratched probably as part of the manufacturing process but it is not bad enough to reject. The chromed brass bolt was peeling but as we had the water off and pipes cut had to be fitted any way. This part was very poor quality. The instruction in the box were for a different radiator

The towel rail I ordered was delivered the following day by courier and was excellent service. Un fortunately it was not so easy getting the valve required for the towel rail. I was told twice they were in the mail and it was only after a third phone call that the valves sent by courier and arrived the following day, but a week after the towel rail. I do not believe that the post lost two packages and I think they were not sent at all by post. Perhaps a lack of truth as to why they were not sent. It would have been sense to sent complete order in one shipment.

Hi,
I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received. I have personally looked into this and it does appear that the valves were lost in transit and a replacement set were subsequently sent out for you. Although goods being lost in transit is very rare, from time to time this can of course happen but we always rectify this as soon as we become aware. Apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused and thanks again for shopping with Trade Radiators.
