Really pleased with the service I got from these guys. Wasn't really sure of what I wanted so I phoned the number and got through to a real person straight away. I wanted to know about the engine quality before I bought the washer and James really put my mind at rest in regards to some of the concerns I had. I was happy enough with the product, but knew nothing of the engine at all but I'm happy to say that after taking a punt, it all works brilliants. It's not the lightest of washers. I was looking for something I could fling around with one hand but the wheels and handles are a positive side of this, so its still really easy to move around. I've never had a petrol pressure washer before but I am happy I've finally taken the plunge, as the pressure from this thing is brilliant plus the nozzle helps me get even more out of the washer. really happy all round.
