We placed our order in July, its now nearly September and we still do not have a delivery date! This is so poor and when asked they said your shed is made and ready but we don't want to drive all that way with one shed so we are waiting for more orders to be placed in your area!! Seriously! What the hell kind of company is this! They do not state on their delivery information that it is subject to other orders being placed! We could be waiting months for someone else to place an order with them! These are jokers and I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone! A few of my friends were due to place orders with them and I have advised against it, they went to another company and now have their sheds! Please if you want your shed in a timely matter do not use thus company! Plus as others have said they never answer the phone or reply to emails, getting worried this is a bit of a bogus company!

Hopefully you are wiser than me, and checked this site before purchasing... I was told 14 days delivery- it took over 30 working days to finally arrive, customer service were pretty much non existent and customers are told not to call them! After much chasing up for a delivery date i was told installation of the shed wouldnt take place on the same day! on day of installation(costing £170) they told me they dont attach the windows, lock, alarm or light (all bought as part of the package) horrible company

I can only speak as I find and from ordering my shed to it being delivered, nothing but the very best service. Very pleased with the product even more pleased with the price,the driver mananged to put shed on my drive by himself so a big thank you to him.

Without a doubt utter Robbers Having ordered a garden shed before from tiger sheds many years ago and having just moved house i needed another garden shed i thought i would give tiger sheds another go WHAT A BIG MISTAKE they don't answer emails they take ages to answer phones and then after nearly a month and still not shed i rang and cancelled it then the robbers tried to tell me they would be taking 25% of my refund as the shed had been constructed and they still tell me i would have to wait for the shed as they had no delivery date.if you want good customer service and a great shed GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We read the reviews and thought “they can’t be that bad”...they were!!! Delivery date was meant to be 12 days, it was over 3 months! Then when they phoned to arrange delivery they gave us one day as an option. When we couldn’t do it they wouldn’t rearrange until their driver was going our way. Then they just left the shed in our front garden by the street when we had told them that we wouldn’t be there! Possibly the worst customer service (after they have your money) that I have ever come across.

I ordered my shed on the 3rd July after telephoning the help line and confirming I could have the shed within the 12 days. As others have noted nothing appears. After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls I have instructed my solicitors to pursue the matter for me. PLEASE don't get caught out my their misleading quotes of delivery times. Shop around and choose someone else!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! - I ordered a shed from Tiger over 3 weeks ago by telephone & in spite of being quoted 12 days delivery I am still waiting. They took the money from my account very quickly on the next day! Unfortunately they still cannot give me a delivery date. There customer service is the worst I have come across. I don't know what to do next, they have my money and now just don't care! I think it is criminal!

Order shed which should have taken 14 days. 4 weeks after payment, no contacts, still can not give a delivery date. Even though this company can not deliver the shed you paid for within the 14 days, they threaten to charge If you want buy a shed, go somewhere else! Signs of company in financial difficulties.

Tiger sheds are really good at taking your money but you wont get anything back except hassle ordered shed on the 21st june was told 12 days delivery we are still waiting sent emails and was as the shed was ready to be sent out but they could not give me a delivery date also if we wanted to cancel they would take 25% of the refund what a cheek they are the ones to offer promises they definitely cant keep please don't buy from this company as think they are in financial difficulty and are just taking peoples money if you want a good deal and something for your hard earned cash then please do not buy from them you have been warned

I ordered a 8 x6 shed on the 8 th of June still waiting over a month now. Don't bother ringing their 0845 number they never answer it . Do not buy from them. Hopeless.

Took 31 working days to deliver my 10 x 8 shed. 14 working days I was told when I ordered. There is no one to take my calls or e mails on a regular basis. If they did pick up the phone I was met with a very rude and abrupt male who didn't have the time to listen. Customer relation skills are required here. 4 e mails asking questions on what was holding up delivery. Not one answer. They have a great looking web site but that's it. Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody I would have liked to been informed on the wait for my £1000 shed. Just an honest update. Tell me it's going to be a couple weeks late. TELL ME
