The customer service team are excellent to deal with. Issues that I raised were resolved quite quickly which was pleasant.

I did require a large delivery quite promptly and it did come on time which I was concerned for such a large order, but hey it was all sorted.

I purchased some towels from this site and everything from adding the products in the cart to checkout went smoothly. The towels arrived next day even though i chose the free service which states the lead time is 8 days! Finally, i couldn't complain about the quality of the towels as they felt and looked extremely robust!

I received the towels promptly, but I picked Bath Towels instead of Bath Sheets. After a conversation with Adam he was polite and issued me with a coupon for me to reordered the Bath Sheets & paid the discounted price for Bath Towels, which I received again promptly.
