Bad Customer Service..We dont give refunds.but the item is faulty .Call Manager ..Manager said WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS ON PILLOWS OR TOILET SEATS .Where is this Notice..Manager around the store ..Icant find a Notice .Manager There somewhere.Still have disgusting smelly pillow and receipt..emailed Range Head Office still waiting on reply( Am I SURPRISED) THE RANGE PAIGNTON) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.BAD MANAGEMENT.KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOR POCKET DONT SPEND AT THIS SHOP.
