Ordered for a garden gym so with extra height. Works perfectly all staff I have dealt with have been very good. In particular the installation team were excellent. The quality of service and product warrants the extra cost rather than making do with an inferior unit. I'm glad I didn't go for a cheaper option.

We are very pleased with our summerhouse and it has attracted lots of favourable comments. The company was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially when the summerhouse arrived in stock before our garden was ready, and the construction team did an excellent job.

A great experience! The Malvern installation team couldn't have been more helpful and delivered a really high class cabin. They gave us plenty of options for paint colours and finished the cabin off beautifully. Hard to believe they did it all in under 2 days.

Quality is excellent the installation was quick , tidy and well executed. We are very pleased with the outcome and now have a warm and sunny garden room/office that looks very good.

Have recently taken delivery of a Malvern summerhouse. The showroom and staff were excellent and the ordering was a painless process. It was delivered and erected on time by friendly staff. The design and quality are first class and we are delighted with the outcome. The value for money of the summerhouse itself was very good but we decided against the insulation lining and flooring as this seemed expensive. We have had that done separately at much lower cost. I would definitely recommend Malvern.

We are so pleased with our corner summer house. The fitters arrived on time, in fact early and set about building our summerhouse. They were professional and friendly and completed the job to a very high standard. Our whole experience with Malvern has been 5* from buying, arranging delivery to erecting the summerhouse has exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company. I would echo the opinions of many of the previous reviewers, the whole experience and process with Malvern was professional, effecient and friendly. We had to two visits to showroom at the East Bridgford garden centre near Newark. We dealt with an advisor who was knowledgeable, engaging and gave us great advice and really got us to focus on we actually needed for our intended lifestyle choices and the location where its is sited. There was a long wait between ordering and installation, but the global shortage of materials due the pandemic and Malvern's obvious success made that understandable, and it was well worth the wait. We are delighted with the quality of the product and the outstanding work of the installation team. Communication with Malvern was excellent and they installed the "Penthouse" (as we affectionally call it) on the day said they would effeciently, without any fuss and they were meticulous about taking away all of the residual materials. Pricey? Perhaps. Worth it? Yes. Would I recommend Malvern? Wholeheartedly.

Sales process at the local garden centre very efficiently handled. Follow up was on schedule and Garden Room was delivered on time. Fitters worked incredibly hard and efficiently - a real credit to the company. We arranged for concrete base unit to be completed and followed the recommendation of the garden centre sales staff vis-a-vis Electrician - all went very smoothly. As a result we have a garden room with which we are extremely pleased and looking forward to using. We only have praise for all aspects of our experience with the company and although the cost was not inconsiderable we believe we have a quality product and have received a quality service.

After making the decision to purchase the ex-display Studio Barn Pavilion (18ft by 10ft) as advertised on the website, the process was relatively straightforward. We decided to pay separately to install the concrete base and run the electrical cable to the site in readiness for the installation team. We also sourced our own internal heater and lights which meant a discussion with the installation team was necessary to ensure everything was placed where required. Prior to delivery we made several phone calls to the Head Office team who did their best to help. The installation team arrived on a horribly wet morning which made communication more difficult. To prevent misunderstandings, we would recommend that time is taken on arrival to talk through what goes where. Our electrician then required another half day to connect the appliances and commission the circuit board so that he could certify compliance with the regulations. The process from start to finish took about 3 months. It is a hands-on process however we are very pleased with the result.

Excellent greenhouse delivered when promised and erected by 2 very friendly and efficient workmen. They found some of the glass wasn't included, so promised they'd be back the following day with it, and they were.

Saw summer house at local garden centre and agreed price and delivery date at sale , based on recommendations got the separate metal base installed to keep the wood off the ground to help prevent water damage , excellent service. Made the whole installation simple and straightforward, half a day and all done . Very happy with the house and quality of product and finish

We recently purchased a garden room from Malvern. The sales experience was excellent. we were informed of base requirements, in detail, and kept up to date with delivery by the lovely staff from Malvern sales. On the day of delivery, the two installers were bang on time, started straight away and within 5 hours were cleaning up and going through the details of what they had done and explained the electric layout for our Electrician to finish the final instal ...all beautifully installed, no wires exposed and literally ready to move our new furniture into!! The installers were very professional, patient, polite and explained exactly what would need to be done in terms of future upkeep. Well done Malvern!!! you deserve the highest ratings! We would definitely buy from them again.

From ordering to delivery this is a brilliant product, we chose a studio corner building to use as an artist space. The showroom staff at East Bridgford we great, not pushy and explained everything. The instructions for base preparation were very clear. On delivery day, they turned up precisely on time (so rare these days), they had the construction complete in half a day, were very tidy and clearly cared about their workmanship (Also rare these days). They worked with me on exact position location of electrics rec The studio is in full use now and is of great quality, perhaps a little expensive- you get what pay for. Highly recommended

The sales staff were knowledgable and helpful. A good range of summerhouses to choose from; really good to be able to see them for real rather than just looking on a website. A good quality product that we are really pleased with.

Our new garden room - a Hanley, in flat cedar was installed last week and we are delighted with it and the professional service provided by both the sales team in the office and the guys whom installed the garden room. Malvern gave plenty of notice for the delivery with a confirmed date two weeks prior. The installers arrived early morning and worked solidly through the day to erect the building. Their pride in completing a good job was evident. On completing the installation they cleaned the room thoroughly and removed all the surplus materials. We are delighted with the finished appearance of the garden room and the quality of the construction.

It is true that you get what you pay for and the quality of Malvern Buildings far exceeded other suppliers when we were researching. We ordered an extended Arley Pavillion at the Shepperton Show room where the advisor could not have been more helpful or caring. My son also ordered a building at he same time and in both cases the quality of the service was outstanding. The range of options met all our needs and it was no problem to change or adjust as we reconsidered - her patience was inexhaustable! The order included lining, laminated flooring and composite decking in the covered area. The buildings were worth the wait. In our case the installation team arrived first thing in the morning (7.30) and worked till after dark. The installation took two days and the team could not have been more polite or helpful, despite having bad weather - wet and very cold - in which to work. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a pleasure to have around. They left a first class job after two solid days working. Yes, the building is expensive but the quality of the build and the service received justifies the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the building and the star in the process was undoubtably the advisor at Shepperton.

Beautiful shed, I had lots of options on design, colour etc, it was worth waiting for, slight delay with Covid. The guys who did the installation were great, efficient and fast working! Beautiful shed I hope will last for years to come. The shed is 6 x8 Malvern H/D Apex 19mm & is perfect for my garden.
