Purchased the Martley Summerhouse with an Apex roof supplied with completely the wrong assembly instructions, terrible roof design, unable to contact them for advise, only contact number is for either sales or accounts and was told they were stock taking and therefore unable to find anyone who could help for at least a week
Would not recommend to anyone
And would never purchase anything from them Again
Appalling after sales

Apologies you have had a bad experience with your delivery only Malvern Collection Martley garden room.

I will pass your thoughts on to the relevant department with regards to the assembly instructions. We are aware they are in need of updating and improvement. It is quite rare for our customers to take their garden rooms delivery only, our Customer Service Advisors will also make sure customers are aware that we do have people technically minded, ex-fitters in the offices that can help customers verbally with any installation queries.

Unfortunately, with the current climate, low staffing levels due to Covid, the end of year stock take which must be done legally, we were unable to return your call as quickly as we would have liked and we apologise for this.

Due to your issues, we are happy to return to you and install the building at no additional cost to yourself if not installed already, or return and check the work carried out by yourself and correct the installation if needed.

Please do call the Customer Service Office if you wish to discuss this further.
