Originally ordered a fan which I received very quickly and very well packaged. I didnt leave a review at the time. Unfortunately the remote developed a problem and I had to re contact them. I was very impressed to receive an almost instant reply with advice and an RMA number. On sending the items back it was refreshing to get replacements returned within a few days. Very impressed with my experience and the professional lady (Niki) I dealt with.

I purchased a remote for my Hunter fan but had some problems with it, luckily the people I dealt with were both very kind and helpful - lots of communication to help me. They kindly sent a replacement very quickly and now all is well. It's not often you get customer service like this anymore, so when you do, it's nice to share the experience with others. I highly recommend The Henley Fan Company.

Purchased the Zephyr 60". Purchasing process was not without its issues and who else levy's charges against use of paypal? During installation the labelling of the Mains connector-block was identified to be completely incorrect, encouraging the installer to wire Live to Earth, Neutral to Live and Earth to Live. Potentially FATAL. Having brought this to the attention of the company, there was no apology, no concern whatsoever!! Frightening for a company that prides themselves on Customer Service.

We bought a floor-standing Hunter fan from this company last year. We were so delighted with the product, the great service received from the staff, that we have decided to buy another fan which we have just ordered. Thank you to Niki who was very patient as I kept changing my mind over which colour fan to choose. It is good to know there are still some companies around that one can trust. The Henley Fan Company is one of these.

We have purchased a total of four ceiling fans from this company. We only required three but unfortunately one fan fell to the floor after four months and had to be replaced. The cause of this is still unknown and I am not blaming Henley Fans. The replacement fan was not the model we ordered. The company fully accept that it was 100% their mistake but unfortunately the fan had been installed so they could not accept a return. They did offer a 50% discount on a fifth fan but we did not feel we wanted to spend more money with them. We also felt the manager's response to our complaint bordered on rudeness.

I bought a second hand Hunter fan a few years ago and after refitting in to my new house the light wouldn't switch off. So I emailed Henly's and got a swift reply straight away, and got a detailed reply as to what the issue might be and where to look for the model number. The Hunter fan itself is the best fan out there so didn't really want to replace it with another, but with the help from the crew at Henley Fan company I only need to spend £25 on a replacement switch. Thank you very much for your info and help with what I needed.

I recently needed a new bowl for my American style Hunter ceiling fan and emailed Henley to see if they could help. Within 24 hours the lady there had established the model, fitting implications, and stock position. She could not have been more helpful. Twenty four hours later I had the bowl delivered to my house. Excellent service.

I needed 5 fans for a house in Spain and the Henley Fan Co were brilliant at helping me choose the right fan for the size of the rooms. Delivery was quick and efficient. The builders have just installed them and they look fab but I won't be able to test them out until next summer. However I have no doubt that they are very good quality and will work a treat to cool us down in the Spanish heat. Thank you for your efficient staff.

While having some repair work done in my home the globe of my Hunter fan was smashed, after a couple of phone calls I was recommended to The Henley Fan Co. Ltd. The help I was given by a member of staff was brilliant, from my sketchy description she identified the part immediately, having paid she promised immediate despatch and it was in my hands by 10 o'clock the following morning. Now that what I call excellent customer service. Many thanks.

Been thinking of putting a fan in our south facing bedroom for some time, and settled on a Carera fan from Henley. Niki was very helpful in helping us choose the exact specification with the required drop rod and remote control as we have quite a high ceiling. Package arrived as promised, and our electrician had it installed and running in under an hour. It really cooled the room down on the warm evenings through July and August, and best of all it is virtually silent when working. Would definitely recommend Henley, and the quality of their product.

How delightful to have had dealings with a thoroughly professional company. My questions were answered quickly and politely and a link was sent which directed me straight to the product I required. I have recently purchased my third ceiling fan from Henley Fans. My first two were Hunter Carera fans which are almost silent (the only noise being the whoosh of air - perfect), the third fan I have yet to install. I just wanted to review this company because the service and after care help I have had is second to none. She is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is a trouble for her to resolve. Its not often you come across this level of service so I just wanted to comment on it for others to know.

The service and aftercare from Niki at Henley fans is worth its weight in gold. Their fans are great quality. I have installed 2 and have ordered another as they have been invaluable over the hot summer days and more importantly nights. Ive had a few issues that Niki has resolved immediately and without any dramas. I would highly recommend Henley Fans to anyone after a wreath quality fan and aftercare.
