Tried to place an order and was advised that delivery was available to mainland Scotland. At payment point was advised that delivery was not available to the Scottish Highlands. The last time I looked at a map Inverness was definitely on the Scottish mainland!,! You couldn't make this up. Delivery information is clearly misleading and very frustrating.

Rubber rake arrived damaged and not in transit. Having looked at it I thought it would still be fit for purpose. After four rake fulls from my pond the rubber head slid off the good end! Very frustrated and disappointed, me and my trusty mallet fixed the problem and bashed and crimped each end closed, so the rubber head does not slide off now. The only saving grace for this product was that I managed to fix it. I would suggest you take a look at this product and it's construction.
