I was sitting in my hot tub last night staring up at the stars, thinking about how great life is and how blessed we are to have a nice home, and comfortable hot tub to relax in after a hard day’s work. We live up North in Fort McMurray, Alberta, and let me tell you it gets real cold up here in the winter. I don’t usually get uppity about too many things, but getting back to why I’m taking the time to comment here. We recently recommended our close friends to you. I work very hard to make a living in the oil patch, and when I put my trust in an online purchase I expect to be satisfied. I purchased a cover for my hot tub from you guys a few months back before it got real cold again. We use our hot tub regularly and year round, so that cover is going up and down constantly. I greatly appreciate that every time I close the lid, the fit is perfect and seal tight. The heat stays in nicely, and icicles don’t form and run down outside of the tub from condensation escaping, or a poor seal. It’s also great how the cover material stands up to minus thirty five degrees below Celsius. It’s been worth every hard earned dollar we’ve invested. We purchased the hydraulic cover lifter as well, as my wife deals with arthritis in her arms and needs to be able to lift and close the lid easily when she wants to take a soothing soak herself. It’s no problem for her to lift the lid and close it with the assisted hydraulic lifter. This is such a blessing for her. Anyways, I’m being long winded here but I just wanted you to know we all appreciate the good value for a hard earned dollar, and the claims about your products are real and true. Thank you from all of us way up here in the patch.

We live just south of y’all in Fort Worth Texas and recently purchased a lid from you. I really appreciate how smooth the whole ordering and delivery process was, and we got exactly what we were hoping for. I’m not much for words but I think thoroughly satisfied about covers it! Pardon the pun.

The Cover Guy Extreme cover: 5 out of 5! I usually give everyone a æ4Æ because there itÆs my philosophy that there is always room for improvement. But in this case, I canÆt think of anything. The service was great, the delivery was prompt, and the cover is beautiful and strong. I suppose it could be a little bit cheaper, but itÆs a good product and I donÆt mind paying a fair price for it. Really impressive.
