This is the worst experience of buying from a company on the web I have ever had...

Ordered a parisol and base, which was 'in stock' on their website. I then received a 'despatched' email. This was followed by an email stating the base was out of stock and to select another one. Selected a new base and was advised it would be despatched.

The parisol arrived with no base. After numerous emails I was told the base was despatched seperately, but they would not confirm a carrier or tracking number. Surpise, surprise.. still waiting for the base.

And as for their customer service. If you ring you just get an answer service. And they only appear to reply to emails if they have to.
