Couldn't get the website to accept my order or let me register. Contacted Primrose and they assured me it was working. Tried again that same day but no luck. Left it a couple of weeks. Tried again today. Four attempts later was successful. Website needs improving. I hope the goods I have ordered prove to be much better quality.

This is the first time I have ordered from Primrose but it won't be the last.I ordered Willow screening, which was the cheapest I could find, the price itself was very reasonable, placed the order mid morning, not only was it free delivery but it arrived 9am the following morning!Less than 24hrs from ordering to delivery! What can I say but first class service and first class product too. I am very pleased. Thank you Primrose

I've been buying funny cuckoo clocks for all my friends 40th birthday parties over the last two years. They do make great presents, are reasonably priced and the children normally love the funny clocks too. I have bought these clocks from other web-sites, but primrose is the best for reliability, price and choice.

I found the website clear and ordering the window film very easy, as the website is very user friendly. I only wish that the film had come with instructions on how it should be applied correctly to windows,it would have been useful to have some printed out instructions/tips. However apart from this I was very pleased with my order.

Triangular Sail Shade is great but accessory description is very misleading on the website. Pad Eye, Snaphook, and Turnbuckle accessories are all bracketed & pictured together, giving the impression that they come as a pack. I ordered 3 in total assuming it meant 3 accessory packs. When I took delivery however, only 3 Pad Eye's were delivered. Have just had to go back and re-order snap hooks and turnbuckles separately, and pay another GBP 4.95 carriage charge

Only just found your website and phoned as you are very close to home and I thought I could possibly collect, but your lady was very helpful, and I am impressed by the range of products to (hopefully) get rid of voles who are chewing their way through gladioli and dahlias and have destroyed all my cucumbers in a polytunnel overnight. Such a relief to find a potential solution. Will let you know if it works.

I bought x3 Willow screens 5m x 2m. Before I ordered I called for some advice, customer service was excellent very professional and helpful. Order arrived on time and it was packaged really well. Delivery driver was happy to deliver into my garage. I am now about to order a second lot and I love the fact that you get free delivery! Would definitely recommend this company to others.
