We ordered a sage green aluminium patio set with 6 chairs. The table and cover arrived, but the chairs didn't . When we contacted Primrose, they said we would have to wait until after the weekend, another 4 days. We insisted that the chairs were delivered on the Saturday, and when they arrived, What a disappointment. The first box we opened contained one broken chair and when we made up the other chair we could not believe how small the actual seat was. I am 5'2" and size 10 and I found the seat small, my husband looked like he was sitting on a childs seat.
So these were returned and replaced with larger chairs. When these arrived I could not believe how substandard they were. The paint work was chipped and they were generally tatty looking pieces of garden furniture.
We registered our disappointment and asked Primrose to arranged to take the whole patio set back.
Having waited in all day the couriour did not turn up, so the following day we had to leave the set outside for collection.
The customer services people then proceeded to fob us off with any excuse before our money was returned.
All in all a terrible experience. Shoddy goods and shoddy services.
