The order was delayed by 2 weeks - it was pre-covid19.
The order arrived incomplete.
The missing part that arrived was faulty.
The phone line was always busy, took 7-8 calls to communicate.
I asked for a discount due to the above, was told I would be sent a £40 voucher (the product was almost £400, so to the value of just above 10%). Never received it. They said they had no record of me being offered a voucher after I chased on Fb. Offered £20 and if I spent £40.
Confusing, time-consuming, ineffective and lacking integrity.
