Radiator valves, but no radiator!

I ordered a number of items to finish our bathroom off. Mixer shower, bath screen, rad valves and towel rad.

After completing the transaction, I checked on the tracking service and found that the rad was out of stock. (I don`t remember seeing this when I was choosing!)

The good news was that it was due in within a few days of my order, so I left it to be.

Another email confirmed that the item had gone back another week and I was given the choice to cancel the item thus so releasing the other items for delivery, of which I did.

Nearly a week later, the goods are still showing in warehouse, but not dispatched and they have also refused to remove the rad valves as they are in stock and have been processed. They have given me the option to return them when I receive them, but I will have to pay for carriage!

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is!!
(I wish I had read the other reviews before using this company)
