The plants that I've ordered in the past have all been well packaged, arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition, so no complaints there... However, if you have a problem with your order, then forget about it!
Plantsbypost.com have an excellent website, and the order process is smooth and easy and the plants themselves are not bad at all, but if your order doesn't arrive, arrives wrong or incomplete or any other of a million problems an online purchaser could face, then you have a real problem. They are absolutely dreadful at answering the "contact us" form on their website, even after several days and follow up submissions. They have a phone number, but that is only an unmanned anwerphone, so is no better than sending emails that never get answered.
I've had a problem with an order and I just can't get an answer from them. Their answerphone only service and no reply contact us form, gives the impression that they either get too many complaints to dedicate enough staff to clear up customer service problems, or they just don't care.
Either way, it lets their service down so badly, that I can only give them a 1 star rating, and would not recommend them.
