I ordered nearly £100 plants from 'Plantify' in mid April 2015. The plants did not arrive and so I chased the issue up several times. The plants arrived on 11th June. One of the most expensive plants was completely dead, and one was failing, so I contacted 'Plantify'.
This was the response:
'We are experiencing volumes of emails and phone calls that we simply cannot respond to in the time frame we would normally like.
We have had visits and sales far in excess of our expectations, and way ahead of this time last year, a position exacerbated by a need to move our major packing area from Clacton-on-Sea to Horton in April.
We are increasing capacity and will be hiring three further people in our customer service team, but this will take time and will be in place by 28 May.
Please do not feel that we are being rude or ignoring you - we will most definitely get back to you and hope to solve any requests you may have. If this means that you are not able to add to an order or are otherwise inconvenienced, we will supply plants, or whatever else is needed at our own cost. One way or another we hope to make you happy. If you have enquiries on your order status, you can look at your My Orders screen. We realise that the information on this could be improved and will be looking to adding additional features but given the nature of software development this is likely to only be ready in a few months. Please be assured that we hope to get back to our normal service within the next few weeks.

What a load of patronising 'rubbish' that turned out to be...
I have written several more times because I have not received a replacement plant for the dead plant, etc. There has been no reply and the Plantify telephone contact number does not work any more. I did not use Paypal so presume there is no recompense?
I used 'Plantify' on this occasion, because of positive earlier reviews - it now makes me think I won'y get influenced in the future by online reviews because they are not always accurate and lead you up the garden path [literally, in this situation!]I cannot select any of the options below about delivery, because the plants arrived 2 months later!
