“Imperfect turf, poor work”

The turf was dried out like cardboard when it was laid and some of it was very poor quality so that we have been left with patches - some rough bits and others very fine but none of it all the same. There were wide gaps between some of the pieces of turf and the soil base was not rolled so that now it has settled it is very uneven and will have to be filled in. They were prompt and pleasant but I really regret hiring using this company.

Totally agree. The company and standard of work was appalling. Had to back fill all the gaps and reseed. Now having to replace dead grass that never started growing. Don't be tempted by the professional looking website. You will defiantly regret it!!!!!!!

“Poor quality turf and absolutely no customer service”

www.perfectturf.co.uk This company claims to provide good quality weed free turf, we purchased the turf for two new lawns and the service of removing the old and laying the new. This was back in March and we diligently watered and cared for our new lawns. When weeds started to appear and large tufts of very strong grass I wrote to Perfect Turf and attached photos of the weeds, no response I have since telephoned and left messages and re emailed. No one at this company will talk to me obviously now they have my money they care not one bit that the turf they have supplied is sub standard not the quality product they claim to supply.
