Having just spent hundreds of Pounds on a Norfolk Deluxe Cantilever, I needed to contact them about the product I had just purchased.

Having filled in their online contact form, I found the "I am not a robot" box would not operate, 4 times. I then found the contact email address for their sales department and wrote to them. The response I received? Zero: Not even the courtesy of a response.

It appears they are quite happy for you to purchase their products, but woe betide you if you have a query on the product. Their customer service is zero.

So, if you are thinking of purchasing outdoor furniture, you may wish to purchase from a company who at least values your custom and not treats you with contempt.

Suffice it to say, it is the first, and last, product I will be purchasing from this company.
