I have fitted many wireless alarms and this system really compares with the best out there....Initially we looked at using Visonic BUT MAP Security informed us about this new Smart Alarm from Yale. The unbiased opinion encouraged me to try a yale system and yes I'm very pleased with the product. We particularly liked the signal strength meter on control panel as one sensor was out of range and we had to use a repeater which did the job. The versatility of system really is impressive and gives a good idea where the next level of security/ home automation is going. We spoke to yale about the USB port for which you can upload all settings direct from a laptop - we have 22 Redrow houses to fit so this feature will save at least 1hr per system. The only thing we did not try was the external PIR as the budget did not fit although we will offer to reto fit. Well done Yale - great product!
