This was installed in December 2013. After initial 'teething' problems the system has run without problem. It provides quick and continuous hot water to the central heating. I am very happy with the results we are getting.

“Enviro Solar Heating Management System”

Installed in less than a day about 3 weeks ago. Installation was painless and the fitters were clean, tidy and polite. It is early days to comment on savings to gas usage but the boiler seems to be working less hard and the rooms heat up much more quickly. I now leave the boiler on constantly and adjust temperatures on the thermostat.

We've had our box for 2 years now and been delighted. However it has stopped working. It switches on for about 5 mins increasing temp by w degrees then switches off. I've noticed the inlet pipe is childish but the outlet is red hot. I've checked the mesh filters they're okay. Any ideas?

I have had a magic thermodynamic box fitted since Jan 2014. It worked well up to September 2016 when it stopped working. For a year I have been trying to get the box up and running again properly with a series of visits from any number of engineers from the repair company all of whom until the last two visits have failed to sort it out. Each time a fault is logged it takes at least couple of weeks to get another visit and never any real follow up communication with the customer. On 22nd August the box was repaired and started working properly but on the 4th Sept it again stopped working. CAN ANYBODY ADVISE ME THE NAME OF A GOOD RELIABLE REPAIR FIRM WHO WILL DO A PROPER COMPLETE REPAIR?
