I bought a replacement charger for my electric drill. First one didn't charge at all. The replacement took 6 weeks to come and when tried out, didn't work again. A check showed that the unit was producing 9.8 volts rather than 14.4v. Awaiting a further replacement.

To be fair the team at Mackays are very helpful and if the manufacturer is supplying faulty goods, then what can Mackays do?
