Quality of goods appears good. Delivery and customer service were not good. We were originally promised delivery within 1 - 2 weeks on the phone but once delivery was confirmed it fell out with the 2 week window. Furthermore, we received communication mid morning on the day the goods were due to arrive, after waiting from 8am, to say that they were not coming due to a glazing issue which must have been known about well before the day of delivery. When raised our concern over how it was handled, we were simply recited various terms and conditions and informed that they had no control over production, delivery or any communication regarding both as it all came from their subcontracted manufacturer. This lack of ownership now raises concern over how any after-sales concerns may be dealt with should they arise.

I've taken a look into your order and can see it was delayed by 1 working day due to a glass issues. We do understand your frustration and understand any type of delay can cause great inconvenience and for this we again apologies.
