Took my Money as they were going Under disgrace! And you can guess no delivery!

I placed a large order with In-Floor in March. The bulk of the order arrived 2 weeks later - on time, as promised

There were however a couple of items missing. They didn't tell me about the missing items, which was a bit disappointing.

I also placed another order as I needed some more beading. That order was placed 12 April.

It didn't arrive when they said it would and when I phoned they were always very friendly & apologetic and always said they would look in to it and phone me back. Unfortunately they never did.

Eventually I managed to speak to their e-commerce manager who explained that there had been a series of errors and the person who was responsible was no longer working there. He said that he would make sure the order was fulfilled and offered £50 compensation (a very token amount give the size of order placed)

On 4th May he assured me that we would have it the following week.

On 11th May it hadn't arrived because (apparently) the container was being held up in customs - but we would definitely receive it within a week.

On 18th May they returned my calls to say that the order had been damaged in transit. All of it. Quite incredible given that there were a few different items to the order and that pergo flooring is pretty tough stuff...

Since it would be at least another week that I would have to wait he suggested that if I wasn't happy I could always cancel the order and get a refund.

I did that on the 18th and am still waiting for a refund. Am not even getting a reply from their e-commerce manager.

In the mean time we placed an order for the missing items from www.floorsonline.co.uk who delivered without any fuss

Infloor.co.uk is the company based in Scotlan and specializes in laminate/real wood flooring. Despite offering good prices, they got something in small print that some buyer might not be aware. It's a returns policy: It's only 7 days if you changed your mind. That's not a big problem, the most stupid part of it is that if you had any packages that's been left unused, you can't return them - at all... Unless you return WHOLE order don't bother... This is most ridiculous online retailer I came across...
