I live in Holsworthy, Devon and whilst on holiday in Poole, Dorset...I purchased a footstool....which I loved Having brought it home and stored it in a warm room prior to moving I noticed that all the studs around the edge of the footstool had rusted. I contacted Poole Homesense and was informed that I would have to return it to Taunton (which is the nearest branch to me). Taunton is 70 miles away from me......and despite sending photo's of the footstool....was still told that I would have to return it to Taunton. The footstool was 25.00, how feasible is it to drive 140 miles to return it? I was not offered a free collection return service or anything......really awful customer service and I will not be recommending them

Wanted to share this store Home Sense Manchester if you like really quirky home accessories then this store is a dream come true just amazing also the money you can save. What a like about the store they always have new lines in all the time staff are really friendly and helpful.
