Purchased a gazebo just short of £1000 for my large garden. Received on Monday gone to build Wednesday to check all was in order. Tried to erect frame which wasn’t budging, contacted shop to speak with at the time a rather helpful man Luigi, he told me I needed more people, waited to get 6 strapping men to erect this, they struggled but finally got this erected to realise the frame was actually twisted, gone to put on sides to discover them covered in mud, then comes the rain to pour through the canopy, was told this was condensation, sure wasn’t condensation. Tried in vain to contact company again, eventually got Luigi who then became so aggressive that I was almost crying, he told me I was a feckless little woman who didn’t know how to handle a 6x4 gazebo & that I had clearly used this for an event & wanted my money back. This was not the case as my event was scheduled for a kids Halloween party & this was just start of October. Had to go through my credit card company for a refund & have now purchased a gazebo from a reputable company with 5star service from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs as after doing my homework properly it has become apparent they supply used faulty gazebos & are known for becoming aggressive if you question their sales

Really happy with our cool gazebo the customer service was brilliant from start to end and even when I needed extras I was given a good deal and very personal prompt service I am very happy with the shop and the staff. Great value too. Would definitely recommend. The Gazebo its self is very easy to put up and I can do it myself in about a minute. Very sturdy and very weatherproof. Should last years. Absolutely nothing negative I can say about it.

Bought gazebo in march 2016. used it for a few months fine then two of the side bars snapped. replacement sent out and fitted, A few weeks later i had 2 bars break and then another 2,(4 in total). The roof has now got holes on the corners where it has worn through by Being put up. 1 zip now broken. i had a phone a call from them saying that it was miss use and they would not send me out any more replacement parts. Less than a year old stuck with a gazebo i cant use and not fit for purpose. would never use or recommend to anyone.

Totally agree with the previous review. We have also ended up with a very poor quality gazebo which has damaged after only a few uses and under very little stress. We accepted the late and incomplete delivery but expected a far better quality product for the price.

Terrible customer service from Gazebo Shop and in particular from the 'owner' Luigi. Gazebo Shop will not accept any liability for the damage and are not willing to discuss the issue in a professional manner.

My advice is to purchase from another company and avoid Gazebo Shop at all costs.

The gazebo was rated 'all weather' yet it didnt last 3 weeks outdoors without falling apart. The frame didnt do well either - it was stressed. Bolts were coming out and the frame itself looks twisted and bent. Zippers on the side wall simply fell apart. When we complained they quickly turned it around on us saying our fault and high winds- funny they changed their web site claims immediately after as well. They arent fit for purpose. Upon threat on suit they agreed to repair - it took a very long time and I doubt the repair will last. Its simply cheap stuff it was repaired after

I ordered guttering worth £12 and only found out when I had already placed the order that the shipping costs were £20 - just to send a small parcel. I am totally fed up.

We purchased our Gazebo in June in the UK to use during the winter in Portugal. We then discovered when we arrived in Portugal that there had been a packing error regarding the front door section, on contacting the customer service department, notwithstanding this was now September our problem was handled professionally and efficiently and in a most pleasant way by all staff. The person that took ownership of the problem was always available, the problem being sorted within 2 weeks and a new front section sent to us in Portugal, without any hesitation.

We have tried other Company's but this gazebo is the best by far.

After talking to the sales team at the Classic Car Show held at the NEC we decided to buy the larger 3 x 4.5 steel framed Gazebo to use as a portable garage for our 69 mgbgt, we needed some where to carry out the repairs to her and this seemed to be the better of the options open to us, and to be honest it has been brilliant its quite heavy to carry around but once set up its been invaluable. The after sales service has been outstanding in solving a problem we had with a corner joint in speed and in the manner in which they dealt with it. I will be using the company again, THANK YOU for all help and support.

Good website which led to a telephone enquirey. Excellent response on the phone,helpful, knowledgeable and a sense of humour,with good advice on the procedure.

Worked together on the design which included pictures of our products (I can recommend this).

Our order arrived on time and we were very impressed on arrival.The P50 4.5 m x 3 m design was strong and easy for two people to put up.We were impressed with the strength of the frame, and the quality of the fabric.

Anything we didn`t like ? When the sun shines on the inner side pictures you can faintly see some of the writing of the outside info...but only a little.Could have done with a few more pegs.
