Ordered premium Holly trees which were described beautifully & looked lovely and was so disappointed as they arrived sparse & tiny and bent in tickets misshapen baskets. They did not match their description and the company is hard to contact and difficult to deal if there is a problem. I won't use again!

Log into my account as the other bush I ordered has no name on it or care instructions & looks very sad so need to re cap on what was ordered ..Gardening Express appears to have now blocked me from the account I set up so I'm unsble to find name of other poorly plant. I believe this site is no more than a sham

I had a BADLY damaged LARGE magnolia delivered on the 1st April...the wound was cakerous at its lower third. I immediately wrote to Gardening Express. Later that day I sent them photos. They replied on the 4th that their Nursery Manager would look into the complaint. I wrote again on the 10th saying i wanted a refund or a replacement. they replied that someother person was looking into the problem! I complained again that unless there was some action by sat 18th, I would go live with the complaint.I had a reply saying Customer Support had spoken to two colleagues and someone would be in touch. THEY ARE DREADFUL.
