Abhorrent plants nd company

Paid over 131 pounds for 2 buddlias, one Holly and a few small rockery plants.
The buddlias , 80 for the two, were sticks with a few wilting leaves on. One has something eating those. No way were they SHRUBS OF ANY QUALITY. the top was broken off and I attached photographs and sent my dismay in an email only to be told that their nursery manager had looked at them and they would be expected to look like that but would bloom into full health when in the soil. It didn't come to friUition. They both died and were disposed of but not without numerous efforts on my part to get a refund
As everyone on here concurs, there is no way of communicating other than these tickets which are either replicated to add insult to injury as replies or takes forever to get one answer which is nothing about what you have stated.
I wouldnt and couldn't send these two nine litre sticks back. The pots were nine litre and the compost but the sticks were at best, cuttings, at worse, just torn branches from a plant.
I cannot afford to throw away eighty pounds nd then they puts on a daily SPECIAL for the same budddlias. 15 pounds less each but it wenton for ever.
I am going to trading standards and taking it to the media.
This company are ripping off customers with beautiful photographs which does not represent what they impart upon you.
I would beg you to turn away from their website. Just be bought to book.
