Got this for our Grandchilds birthday. After a weeks delay with delivery it arrived Grandchild getting excited now . Me and a friend drove for 2 hours to put it up all was going fine till we got to put roof on. Wrong roof panels they were to small .So had to take photos to show they were to small. Lots of apologise e/mails with no dates for correct ones to come. I found it imposable to talk to anyone...So home we went 2 hour drive. Correct ones arrived 10 days later... Soanother 2 hour drive to finnish build . The quality of this house is very poor we had to cut the door to fit , the roofing felt was very thin ,and the felt nails were no longer than a drawing pin . Good job we had some felt sealer. Was not to impresed with the £50 delivery charge either. ..
