Ordered the Woburn Deluxe 10 seater dining set on 23 April 2014 with lead time end of May. Finally received the set on 25 June more than two months after money taken and after countless calls chasing them for updates. Not once did Feature Deco instigate any calls to me offering updates or apologies for delays. Very very poor service when spending £1200. There was a point during the last month when my husband doubted we would ever see the furniture. Too much hassle experienced to ever consider recommending to friends/family.
